At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Animal Sciences Limited, duly convened, and held at Stage House, Castlebank Street, Glasgow, on 3rd March 1998 the following Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that Dermott Power of BDO Stoy Hayward, Manchester be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” D.
