At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Charlotte House, 19 b Market Place, Bingham, Nottingham, on 4th March 1998, at 11 a.m., the following Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Keith Blades, of Blades, Charlotte House, 19 b Market Place, Bingham, Nottingham NG13 8AP, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
