In accordance with Rule 4.106 we, Stephen R. Penn, of Chatsworth & Co., Norley House, PO Box 615, Doncaster DN4 0YE, and Michael Horrocks, of Cork Gully, Abacus Court, 6 Minshull Street, Manchester M1 3ED, give notice that on 26th February 1998, we were appointed Joint Liquidators of MAS Supplies Limited by Resolutions of Members and Creditors. Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before 30th April 1998 to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the name and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to M. Horrocks, of Cork Gully, at Abacus Court, 6 Minshull Street, Manchester M3 1ED, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are by their Solicitors, or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
