Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Horwath Clark Whitehill & Co., 7 Kenrick Place, London W1H 3FF, on Wednesday, 29th April 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
