Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ash House, Canal Way, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 3RZ, on 7th April 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and granting the release of the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. G. H. M.
