The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 2883 of The London Gazette dated 11th March 1998

HETHERINGTON BUILDING CONTRACTORS LIMITED

Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company are hereby summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing an explanation to be given by the Liquidator.
