Notice of adoption of proposals for the replacement of Cheltenham Borough Local Plan and the partial replacement of Cheltenham Environs Local Plan Notice is hereby given that on 11th December 1997 Cheltenham Borough Council adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for Cheltenham Borough. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection, free of charge, at:   Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham: open Monday to Thursday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.   Cheltenham Reference Library, Clarence Street, Cheltenham: open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Charlton Kings Library, Church Street, Charlton Kings: open Tuesday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m to 4 p.m., Monday closed.   Hesters Way Library, Goldsmith Road, Cheltenham: open Monday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday closed.   Prestbury Library, The Burgage, Prestbury: open Monday, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Wednesday closed.   Up Hatherley Library, Caernarvon Road, Cheltenham: open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Wednesday closed.   The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 16th March 1998, make application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
