Resolutions for Winding-up
PATRICK COGHLAN TRANSPORT LIMITED
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Longfords Hotel and Conference Centre, Third Avenue, Hove, East Sussex BN3 2PX, on 5th March 1998, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Peter John Robertson Souster, of Baker Tilly, 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, be and he is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Longfords Hotel and Conference Centre, Third Avenue, Hove, East Sussex BN3 2PX, on 5th March 1998, it was resolved that Richard Eaglesfield Floyd and Peter John Robertson Souster, of Baker Tilly, 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.
