Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Mercer & Hole, 72 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1NS, on 17th April 1998, between 11.40 a.m. and 12.25 p.m., for the purposes of having accounts laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s reports, showing how the winding-up of the Companies have been conducted and their property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
