At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Woodcock House, Castle Cary, Somerset, on 9th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian McIntyre, of Mary Street House, Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset, be and he is hereby nominated Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” W.
