Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above Companies will be held at the offices of Kakouris & Michaelides, of 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on Friday, 17th April 1998, at (A) 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, (B) 10.45 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, (C) 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively and (D) 2.45 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
