At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Fitzalan House, 70 High Street, Ewell, Surrey, on 27th February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. R. Copp and A. P. Superstone, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for purposes of such winding-up.” N. Greener, Chairman
