At a Meeting of the Company’s Creditors, convened under section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, on 9th March 1998, the following Resolution was passed:   “That Ian Franses, of Ian Franses Associates, Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, and Martin Freeman, of Griffins, 22 St. Georges Drive, London SW1V 4DG, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” I.
