At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Woodsome House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield HD8 0JG, on 10th March 1998, at 9 a.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Edward Christopher Wetton, of the firm of Gibson Booth, 12 Victoria Road, Barnsley S70 2BB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” M.
