At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 20 Winmarleigh Street, Warrington, Cheshire WA1 1JY, on 11th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert William Keating, of R. W. Keating & Company, 20 Winmarleigh Street, Warrington, Cheshire WA1 1JY, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” C. Blanchard, Director
