BLAIR WEST LTD(formerly Stanley Demolition Services Ltd)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Airport Moat House, Newcastle Airport, Woolsington, Newcastle upon Tyne, on Monday, 30th March 1998, at 12 noon, in order to receive a statement of affairs of the Company; to hear the board present a report on the Company’s situation; to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators and, if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee, and to pass any other Resolution necessary. Other Resolutions to be considered at this Meeting include those dealing with the Liquidators’ fees, the cost of preparing the statement of assets and liabilities and the costs of convening the Meeting.
