SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

The Metropolitan Borough of Solihull (Oldwich Lane West, Chadwick End) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have made the above-mentioned Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The effect of the Order, which will come into force on 24th March 1998, will be to reduce the existing 60 m.ph. speed limt, down to 40 m.p.h. along Oldwich Lane West, from its junction with A4141 Warwick Road, in a northerly direction to a point 300 metres south-west of its junction with Sparrow Cock Lane, a distance of approximately 650 metres.   A copy of the Order, together with a map and details of the Council’s reasons for making it, may be inspected at the Council Offices, Solihull, during normal office hours. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the above Order should apply to the High Court in writing for that purpose within 6 weeks from the date of this notice. N. H.
