The Congleton Borough Council (Brereton Heath Country Park) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that Congleton Borough Council propose to make an Order under sections 35 and 39 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce pay and display control on all days and at all times at Brereton Heath Country Park car park.   The charging structure will be as follows:

1-3	50p
Over 3 hours	£1
Season ticket (Borough residents)	£20
Disabled person badge holders	Free

  The draft Order, together with a map showing the car park concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Congleton Borough Council, “Westfields”, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire, during normal office hours.   Any objection to the proposed Order together with the grounds on which it is made, must be sent in writing to the undersigned by 14th April 1998.
