At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Abacus House, Wickhurst Lane, Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex RH12 3LY, on 11th March 1998, at 4.15 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian Donald Williams, of Benedict McQueen, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
