N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, on Friday, 3rd April 1998, at 3 p.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 98, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Resolutions may also be proposed relating to the expense of convening the Meeting and the preparation of the statement of affairs, the basis of the Liquidators remuneration and what powers should be given to the Liquidator. The Licensed Insolvency Practitioner appointed to provide information to Creditors is Rodney Broadwood Kilvert, of B. N. Jackson Norton, The Old Grammar School, School Gardens, Castle Gates, Shrewsbury SY1 2AJ, and he will, prior to the day on which the Meeting is to be held, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
