Barry James Moody, a Self-employed Groundworks Manager, of 7 Olivia Close, Cowplain, Portsmouth PO7 8LN, lately a Company Director and previously residing at and carrying on business as a Groundworker from 38 d Bedhampton Hill, Bedhampton, Havant PO9 3JN, all in Hampshire. A First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter within 4 months of 7th April 1998. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 7th April 1998 or will be excluded from this dividend. Creditors should send their claims to the undersigned. R.
