At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Springfield House, Chapel Brow, Leyland, Lancashire, on 2nd March 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon Craig and Andrew Dick, of 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up, and that the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed at £5,000 plus VAT plus the bond required to be deposited with the DTI.” Chairman
