Notice is hereby given, pursuant of section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mitchell Charlesworth, Chavasse Court, 24 Lord Street, Liverpool L2 1TA, on Wednesday, 22nd April 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
