At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford, Herefordshire, on 17th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Elizabeth Mary Grove, of E Mary Grove & Company, White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford be and is appointed Liquidator for the pruposes of such winding-up.” J.
