Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us, the undersigned Robert John Baxter and Clare Baxter, 10 Diana Close, Chafford Hundred, Grays, Essex, and Thomas William Cooper, of 8 Bradleigh Avenue, Grays, Essex, carrying on business as COOPER & CO. Accountants, at 32 The Broadway, Grays, Essex, has been dissolved as from 10th March 1998, so far as concerns Thomas William Cooper, who retires from the firm, and that all debts due and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the continuing partners John Baxter and Clare Baxter, who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
