At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Tudor House, 13-15 Rectory Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, on 20th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Roger William Leivers and Evelyn Gabrielle Exley, of Cooper-Parry, 102 Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1FH, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
