Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
  The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be to further amend the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (No. 1) Order 1994 so that:

  (a) waiting by vehicles would be prohibited at any time on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1A to this notice;
  (b) waiting by vehicles would be prohibited between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. throughout the week on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1B to this notice;
  (c) loading by vehicles would be prohibited at any time on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2A to this notice;
  (d) loading by vehicles would be prohibited between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. throughout the week on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2B to this notice;
  (e) loading by vehicles would be prohibited between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2C to this notice;
  (f) free solo motorcycle parking places would be provided on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 3 to this notice.

  Details of exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order of 1994.
  The effect of the Free Loading Places Order would be to provide free loading places where vehicles may load and unload to adjacent premises:

  (a) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Mondays to Sundays inclusive on the lengths of street specified in Schedule 4A of this notice;
  (b) between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Mondays to Sundays inclusive on the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 4B of this notice.

  The effect of the Free Parking Places and Parking Places Orders would be to:

  (a) provide one hour maximum stay pay and display parking places specified in Schedule 5A to this notice where waiting would be permitted between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 10 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Sundays at a charge of 20p per 10 minutes and where no return to that same parking place would be permitted for one hour;
  (b) revoke the three free parking places in Longfield Avenue and change these to two hour maximum stay pay and display parking places, where waiting would be permitted between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 10 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Sundays at a charge of 20p per 20 minutes and where no return to that same parking place would be permitted for two hours;
  (c) provide two hour maximum stay pay and display parking places specified in Schedule 5B to this notice where waiting would be permitted between 8 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 10 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Sundays at a charge of 20p per 20 minutes and where no return to that same parking place would be permitted for two hours.

  The effect of the Disabled Persons Order would be to extend the existing disabled parking place outside No. 16 High Street south-westward for a distance of 13 metres.
  Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Orders being amended, and plans showing the locations may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at BRETS Reception, 24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2BP.
  Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Engineering Services Manager, BRETS, 24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing W5 2BP, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published.
