MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT
(Off Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 6) (General Amendments) Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that on 23rd March 1998 the Council made an Order under sections 35(1), 39(3) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is: (i) to amend the name of the Southlea car park, Malvern to the Priory Road car park, Malvern; (ii) to amend the name of the Grange Road car park, Malvern to the Grange Road North car park, Malvern; (iii) to specify that coaches may park in allocated places on the Tenbury Road car park, Bromyard at a charge of £4 per 24 hours or any part thereof; (iv) to specify that the charge for the parking of coaches on the Hanley Road car park, Upton-upon-Severn be £4 per 24 hours or any part thereof. The Order will come into effect on 28th March 1998. A copy of the Order may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the Council’s Area Offices at Bromyard and Ledbury and at the Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the power of the relevant sections of the Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of the section, or of Schedule 9 of the Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date of this notice, make application to the High Court.
