Take notice that a Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator under the provisions of section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of applying for his release as Liquidator upon completion of his administration of the Company’s affairs. The Meeting will be held at 5 Eldon Court, Eldon Street, Walsall, West Midlands WS1 2JP, on Tuesday, 21st April 1998, at 11.30 a.m. The Meeting shall receive the Liquidator’s report upon his administration of the Company’s affairs, and determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A proxy form is enclosed which must be lodged with me no later than Monday, 20th April 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting. C. L.
