Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at York House, 199 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7UT, on 24th April 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Joint Liquidators and the conduct of the winding-up of the Company. Any person entitled to vote may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with me at Ernst & Young, Becket House, Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, by 12 noon on 23rd April 1998. T. C.
