In the Norwich County Court No. 7007 of 1998In the Matter of M-TEC COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up M-Tec Computer Services, Computer Hardware and Software, of The Market Place, Reepham, Norwich, Norfolk NR10 4JJ, presented on 16th February 1998 by the Commissioners of HM Customs and Excise, Debt Management Unit, Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Norwich County Court, Norwich Combined Court Centre, The Law Courts, Bishopgate, Norwich NR3 1UR, on 17th April 1998, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1996 by 1600 hours on 16th April 1998.
