Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I, Peter W. Engel, of BDO Stoy Hayward, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 18th December 1995, by Creditors and Members of the Company.
