Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward, 4th Floor, Riverside House, 31 Cathedral Road, Cardiff CF1 9HB, on 14th May 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any persons entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy, who need not be a Shareholder or Creditor.
