METROPOLITAN MAINTENANCE LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Benedict McQueen, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on Wednesday, 15th April 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. A proxy form must be lodged by Creditors, together with a statement of their claim, at the offices of Benedict McQueen, not later than 12 noon on 14th April 1998, to entitle them to vote by proxy at the Meeting. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and that the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
