Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above Companies will be held at KPMG, 1 Waterloo Way, Leicester, on 1st May 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.15 a.m., 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up and determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
