In the Matter of CHARTER DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Angler Court, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1DB, presented on 6th March 1998 by Smith and Williamson Trust Corporation Limited, whose registered office is situated at No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, acting as Trustees of Eleventh Property Enterprise Trust, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 22nd April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 21st April 1998.
