Town and County Planning Act 1990 Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals for a Local Plan

Dinefwr Local Plan

At a Meeting of the Planning and Property Services Committee held on 11th March 1998, Carmarthenshire County Council considered the objections made to these plan proposals. Carmarthenshire County Council propose to adopt these plan proposals without any further modifications. Copies of the plan proposals and the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in respect of objections to the plan proposals are available for inspection at the following Carmarthenshire County Council offices; Department of Planning and Property Services, 40 Spilman Street, Carmarthen; Department of Planning and Property Services—Area Office East, Municipal Offices, Crescent Road, Llandeilo; Ammanford Town Hall, Iscennen Road, Ammanford and Department of Economic Development and Leisure, Glanaman Workshops, Tabernacle Road, Glanaman, Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.   Also at Llandovery Public Library, Castle Car Park, Llandovery and Brynamman Public Library, Public Hall, Brynamman, during normal opening hours Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.   Carmarthenshire County Council will adopt the proposals after the date which is 28 days after the date on which the notice is first published in a local newspaper.
