At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Pelican House, 10 Currer Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 5BA, on 24th March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Frank Fortune, of Pelican House, 10 Currer Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 5BA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
