Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th February 1998 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19th February 1998, I, NADEEM ZAHOOR BATT of 6 Tankridge Road, London NW2 6EJ, single, a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of the British Nationality Act 1981 section 37(1), renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Nadeem Zahoor Butt, and assumed the name of Nadeem Zahoor Batt.
