Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th December 1996 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 4th March 1998, Ingrid Sandra Nunes Martins, on behalf of STEPHEN DOMINIC NUNES MARTINS, EMILY LOUISA NUNES MARTINS and SOPHIA ALEXANDRA NUNES MARTINS, of 2 Mullens House, Whitnell Way, Putney, London SW15 6DA, minors and British Citizens by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Stephen Dominic Davis Martins, Emily Louisa Davis Martins and Sophia Alexandra Davis Martins, and assumed in lieu thereof the names of Stephen Dominic Nunes Martins, Emily Louisa Nunes Martins and Sophia Alexandra Nunes Martins. 4th March 1998.
