Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 19th June 1997 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 5th March 1998, DAVID GOODWIN, of Little Brampton Farm, Walton, Presteigne, Powys, single, a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of “Goodwin-Jones” and assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of “Goodwin” instead of the surname of “Goodwin-Jones” so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of “David Goodwin” exclusively.
