Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd July 1997 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 13th March 1998, BARRY ASHTON TUNSTALL, of 29 Cooper Fold, Hollins, Manchester, in the county of Greater Manchester, Single, and a British Citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the name of Barry Ashton Irvine, and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Tunstall so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Barry Ashton Tunstall exclusively.
