Resolutions for Winding-up
THE EMERGING MARKETS COUNTRY INVESTMENT TRUST PLC.
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 10 Eastcheap, London EC3M 1AJ, on 27th March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Treharne and Peter Joseph Beirne, of KPMG, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and any power conferred on them by law or by this Resolution and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators may be exercised or done by them jointly or by each of them alone”.
