At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton, East Sussex, on 31st March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew White, of Moores Rowland, Nile House, PO Box 1041, Nile Street, Brighton BN1 1LA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
