At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4 King Square, Bridgwater, Somerset, on 27th March 1998, at 2.30 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Julian Clive Rendell, of Rendell Thompson, 125 Portway, Wells, Somerset BA5 2BR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” F.
