Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of W. C. Swindell, Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, Huddersfield HD7 1HN, on Thursday, 21st May 1998, at 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
