Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Cippenham Court, Cippenham Lane, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5AT, on 29th May 1998, at 3.30 p.m. to be followed at 3.45 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators, and also of determining the manner in which the books, acounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators shall be disposed of.
