The Hillingdon (Waiting and Loading) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 49) Order 1998

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 7th April 1998 it made this Order which imposes waiting restrictions on the length of road as shown in the Schedule to this notice.   A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 9th April 1998, can be seen at Ickenham Library and Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published.   A copy of the Order can be obtained from Local Services, telephone number 01895 277014.   Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made. Austins Lane, Ickenham   Both sides, from its junction with High Road to a point 90 metres south-east of that junction.   Note. The Council, on 11th December 1996, gave notice of their intention to impose waiting restrictions on High Road and Austins Lane, Ickenham. Due to objections being received in relation to High Road, the Council have decided for expediency to defer the decision on the imposition of waiting restrictions in High Road whilst making an Order in part for Austins Lane. 8th April 1998.
