At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at La Plaiderie, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, on 25th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that A. C. Pickford, of Chandlers, PO Box 313, Anson Court, La Route des Camps, St. Martin, Guernsey, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” R. D.
