Notice is hereby given that M. C. Bowker, of Jacksons, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, and Gordon Craig, of Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company on 20th March 1998. Creditors are required to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to M. C. Bowker, on or before 1st June 1998, and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally, or by their Solicitor, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
